BIOGRAPHY

Emmanuel Williams, moved to Florida in 2012 after getting Married, a father of two, is a second-generation college graduated in his family, being from a family of teachers, Lawyers, and Engineers, Emmanuel graduated from Episcopal High School with the highest honors for having excellent grades. Native citizen of the Dominican Republic.

After finishing High school, he got his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering graduating as magna cum-laude in 2006, working for several medical devices companies all over the United States, just to mention a few, Ecolab, Cardinal Health, 3M, and Denovo products, working in different areas as a manager and company developer.

Joined Dental Designs in 2023 as a Training and development specialist, He loves challenges and his passion for work will go beyond his duties, with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills, Emmanuel has advanced Math skills as an engineer, and he understands that running a business implies achieving results by making decisions that consider predictable factors and unpredictable events. This requires the development of certain competencies that go beyond the domain of the technical knowledge of the activity in question since it is about integrating people into a management system and directing them in the same direction, making the most of their talents.
