My name is Sheila Rosa. I lead the Treatment Coordinator Department here at Dental Designs of Fort Myers.  I was born on a beautiful Island called Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. I came to the beautiful Sunshine State of Florida in 1999, later on, I met my wonderful husband and made a life here with our 4 children.

In 2005, I was introduced to the Dental Field, where I studied and became a Dental Assistant. I enjoyed working with the Dentist, helping create beautiful smiles, one patient at a time. Later on in my career, I became a Manager and the rest is History.

In 2018, I was offered to join Dental Designs, as a Treatment Coordinator. Let me tell you, I was in for a treat! I say this because when I walked into Dental Designs, I felt like I entered a different world of Dentistry. The advanced dentistry and state-of-the-art equipment were very impressive. The way the office was designed and structured by different departments was mind-blowing and I knew right away, I would be able to learn and advance my knowledge and skills. I can truly say, this is home. I love what I do, and I truly found my passion.

Treatment Coordinator is not just a job, it’s an exchange of trust and heartfelt compassion for our patients. I’m able to not just share Dr. Padilla’s vision, but also his creativity and determination to make sure we offer the latest and most advanced care for our patients who desperately need answers. The advanced treatment that we do here at Dental Designs is not what you will see at other Dental offices. 

This is why I’m here. I know in my heart, we are making a difference within our community, and I am honored to be a part of this movement.
