BIOGRAPHY

Gisella is a native of Lima, Peru. Her family relocated to Naples, Florida, while she was in high school. Family is significant for Gisella. Being a Peruvian means its blended culture gave Gisella a structure of importance to family and religion. Gisella learned at a young age that hard work and organization are key to success, which is how Gisella Manages Dental Designs of Naples.  

Gisella joined the Dental Designs team in 2012 as a receptionist. She quickly learned ways to be successful in that position, and in a short time, she was promoted to accounts receivables. Her hard work, organization skills, and commitment were noted, so Gisella was then promoted to Office Manager, where she exceeded her expectations. For Gisella, any situation that comes her way is not a problem. 

She looks for solutions.  

Gisella has a love for learning. While Managing Dental Designs of Naples, she has searched and learned ways to improve as a manager and seeks personal growth. Her inspiration for hard work is rooted in her beginnings and her family. At Dental Designs, Gisella sees the opportunity of learning every day. A place she polishes her skills and proves to herself that she can overcome any situation posed in front of her.
