About Dr. Padilla
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Padilla is a first-generation college graduate. He was born in Puerto Rico and attended schools in Puerto Rico and Chicago during his childhood. Dr. Padilla learned to be industrious at an early age looking up to leaders in the community. He received great advice from his Orthodontist while he was attending college which made him settle and decide to study dentistry.
Dr. Padilla received his bachelor’s in sciences from the University of Puerto Rico. Before he graduated with his bachelor’s degree, he was accepted at Marquette University School of Dentistry. While attending Marquette Dr. Padilla was a member of the Hispanic Association and became president of such association, which helped promote activities and support for Hispanics Students at Marquette Dental School.
Dr. Padilla worked for Dental Care Partners for 6 years where he quickly became the Director at one of their clinics. Due to his leadership skills, Dr. Padilla became the Regional Manager for Dental Care Partners, Milwaukee-Brookfield area, and was of the top ten production doctors within the entire Dental Care Partner network.
- Dr. Padilla moved with his wife and sons to Naples, Florida looking to have his own dental office. In 2004 Dr. Padilla founded Dental Expressions which he later rebranded to Dental Designs with high standards and thriving for excellence in dental care.
