BIOGRAPHY 

Ingrid is a native of the Dominican Republic. In her early years, Ingrid’s family relocated to the Island of Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, where she went to Elementary & Middle school. At 11, her family relocated to Fort Myers, Florida, where she completed high school. 

After finishing school, Ingrid moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where she went to college for two years in medical office administration. Having to overcome obstacles at a young age, Ingrid learned resilience, knowing that always moving forward is the only way to improve.  

Ingrid joined Dental Designs in 2012 as a receptionist. She thrives on challenges and performs beyond her duties. Her skills for training, patient schedule, and work ethic helped Ingrid move up to accounts receivables and insurance billing. Her passion and commitment to her job helped Ingrid become an office manager for Dental Designs of Fort Myers.  

Ingrid manages with a sense of authority and compassion for her employees and our patients. At Dental Designs, Ingrid has found the perfect place where she can grow in a healthy environment, always giving her one hundred percent to benefit our patients and company. She is kind-hearted and enjoys giving back to her Dominican Republic community in hopes of forming a foundation to help people in need in her country.
